I honey these! The first time I followed the recipe exactly, the 2d time I added near 3/4 cup of walnuts and substituted applesauce for half the oil. Very moist either fashion! One of my favorite "zucchini bread" recipes.
08/09/2009
These were swell! I used a loving cup of apple sauce instead of the oil and cutting the sugar in one-half to make them a little healthier.
01/24/2003
I changed it a bit, since I didn't have cardamom on mitt~ doubled the cinnamon instead. I also did one-half brownish/one-half white saccharide and information technology still turned out peachy.
07/22/2008
My children loved these muffins. I did brand ane alter. There was too much oil for my gustatory modality, so I used i/2 cup oil plus 2 mashed ripe bananas. Very moist and nicely spiced muffins.
01/11/2009
Delicious! My family didn't even know there was zucchini in it. They were very moist. I did not add together the spices, because I personally don't similar spices mixed with chocolate. The muffins tasted bully without them.
04/10/2005
These were pretty expert. I made a lot of changes to the recipe, though, so I'm non sure how the original recipe tasted. I substituted 1 cup sugar for 1 cup splenda, 1/two cup flax meal for 1/2 cup flour, and 1/four cup olive oil for one/4 loving cup vegetable oil. I besides added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and ane/2 cup chopped chocolate. The ending result was a peachy tasting and moist muffin. The only thing I wish a hadn't done was use the olive oil, considering it gave the muffins a funny taste.
08/04/2003
These were a big thumbs up. Yummy! I didn't accept enough cocoa and then I added a few chocolate chips to the batter and sprinkled a few on top earlier baking.
04/01/2006
The muffins were okay, but null special. The chocolate taste was barely noticeable, in fact. A flake on the dry side as well, though that was partially my mistake for reducing the amount of oil (one cup just seemed like a LOT!). If I brand this recipe once more, I'll double the cocoa, and sub absurdity for part of the oil to keep them moist.
08/25/2004
A little dry out, nothing spectacular. A expert use of backlog zucchini but not my first option of zucchini bread. The kids did eat it and request more - always a good sign! I will make it over again with the following modifications: reduce flour by 1/three cup, increase spices, sub absurdity for all or part of the oil.
08/05/2009
I made a few changes in the recipe. I used applesauce instead of oil, and 1/2 cup dearest instead of sugar. I besides soaked my flour and cocoa in the applesauce and shredded zucchini overnight. The next day I whipped the eggs and honey until fluffy earlier calculation the remaining ingredients. I added the baking soda and pulverization last and let it sit until information technology was thick. Once again with this recipe I ended upwardly making just xviii muffins instead of 24. I similar my muffins large and fluffy I estimate. The muffins were super moist and so good. I hope to go more than zucchini this summer so I can make this recipe many more times. Thanks.

Wow, these are some of the all-time muffins I've ever made. I'chiliad dislocated past the negative reviews! They were sooo succulent, my whole family unit devoured them. I did make many changes. I used all whole wheat pastry flour instead of white flour, I replaced one-half the oil with mashed bananas, I replaced one of the eggs with zucchini liquid (I had frozen grated zuvvhini, which when thawed has a liquid), I used melted palm oil instead of vegetable oil, I increased the cocoa pulverisation by but a bit, I used sucanat instead of white carbohydrate and cut the amount down to 1.5 C, I used a combination of grated carrot and zucchini since I didn't accept enough zucchini, I doubled the cinnamon since I didn't have cardamom, and I added about 2/3C of raw sunflower seeds (I was unsure about this but information technology proved to be a great addition!). They were moist and flavorful. As well, many reviewers mentioned that at that place was a lot of oil, I have two comments about that. #1 - This is a recipe for 24 muffins, and so the numbers do wait a little college; #2 - in that location is no liquid in this recipe. Most muffin recipes call for milk or juice, so I remember you could replace some of the oil (or eggs, every bit I did...btw one/4C liquid = 1 egg) with milk. Cheers for the smashing recipe! Nosotros'll be making this a lot.
02/22/2001
Unless y'all frost them, they are rather bland.
06/22/2012
Excellent care for that I feel practiced about feeding my kids. I wanted to bespeak and laugh at my kids while they were wolfing these downwardly for being foolish plenty to be tricked into eating zucchini! I simply had 2 zucchini (not enough for a total batch) so I made a 1/2 batch using ii eggs. Also used one-half white/half brown carbohydrate and half oil/one-half unsweetened absurdity for taste and calorie reduction. Used apple tree pie spice in place of the spice combo listed. These came out so moist and succulent and did not need anything on top (although these would make nifty frosted cupcakes!)
01/15/2011
Good :) I am a huge fan of sweetness and chocolate muffins, so information technology is quite a alter... but I liked it! Just demand to get use to it! Like others, I used applesauce instead of oil and add a trivial bit of chocolate chips. Information technology sense of taste just like a zucchini bread just in picayune muffin cups.
07/18/2010
I rarely review things and certainly NEVER after modifying just I thought this was soooo worth it! I used dark chocolate cocoa powder, 3/4 C. oil, 1/4 C. absurdity (HUGE, healthy modify, eh?) and then added chocolate chunks and walnuts. I also skipped the nutmet through cardamom based on personal preference. Oh how I LOVED these!!! I have zucchini running out my ears and am Sick to expiry of fried zucchini, gratins, and quick breads. I pretty much destroyed whatever nutritional value these had but what a fantastic snack. Next time, I'grand going to skip the cinnamon all together and add together 2 TBSP of espresso pulverisation to enchance the chocolate flavour. This is going in "my favorite bones" section of of my favorite recipe'due south binder.
07/17/2011
This is my 1st time using zucchini, and while I spent the whole fourth dimension asking myself if I was doing it right..(was it ripe notwithstanding, how large should the grate be, do I press out the juice or keep it.., oh there's seeds within) one time that joy was over I got to the fun part. I made 2 subs cuz I couldn't wait to go to the shop. I used one/2cp olive oil, 1/two cp applesauce. I don't ain cardamom/cloves, then I upped the cinnamon/nutmeg and added a bit of ginger. I knew these would be eaten around breakfast time and then I opted to cut carbohydrate down a bit: 3/4cp white sugar & 1/2cp dark-brown sugar. I threw in some mini choc. chips & sprinkled a few on elevation. A few had mentioned dryness being an issue or not enough cocoa flavour and then I used dutch process cocoa merely same qty as recipe called for. The added mini chips (very little fleck) added to the flavor. These were flavorful, very moist and chocolatey. Can't wait to make them again. Shared with neighbor across hall who gave me the zucchini. She came over an hour later with Paula Dean's zucchini bread! I'm in carb sky :)
03/04/2009
I love this recipe and accept made information technology many times. The beginning fourth dimension it was a little dry and not chocolatey enough, so now I e'er add chocolate fries to the batter and it comes out perfect. I never use the cardamom because I don't have any on paw, only it doesn't need information technology. I also use whole wheat flour.
07/01/2012
Yummy chocolate muffins, kids didn't even notice zucchini :). Increased cocoa to 1/2c, baking pulverization to 1tsp and added 1c choco chips. Less spice side by side time for kiddos.
08/03/2009
Excellent! I'm always confused for shredded zucchini...2 cups packed or non packed. I used two cups packed of shredded zucchini - texture was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing to the recipe!
08/31/2011
I have looked for a good chocolate muffin that isn't bland or dry for a while now. This ane is it!! Beloved IT! I did take a few suggestions from other reviews. The only things that I changed was used 1/2 c. cocoa powder, one tsp baking powder& added 1 c. chocolate fries. They are amazing!
06/03/2012
These were fabled. To make a niggling healthier, I substituted one cup of unsweetened apple sauce instead of oil and used 1 cup of white sugar and i cup of Splenda dark-brown saccharide. They were awesome. Unless y'all fabricated them, y'all would NEVER know they were made with vegetables. I likewise used large muffin tins and spray rather than paper liners. Made 12 large muffins.
10/04/2005
I didn't similar this very much. Information technology was my first fourth dimension making them. I fabricated a offset batch of 12 and thought they needed more chocolate, and then I threw a agglomeration of chocolate chips to the mixture. They were OK only I don't recollect I'd brand them once more.
06/09/2009
These were a hit, though I thought it was a little dry. I also didn't tell people there was zucchini in them, just then they would give them a try. Everyone liked information technology.
09/x/2010
Not certain if I did something incorrect -- although I followed the recipe to the letter -- merely I would never make these again. Really mediocre. Dry out, stunted looking, then-so flavour. Not a keeper, sorry!
01/20/2013
These are quite good and they were moist. Didn't have cardamon, instead I used "all spice". For the next time, I'thou going to add a trivial more than of "spices" perchance 1/4 tsp ginger and I'm going to brand sure I take the cardamon.
07/27/2011
Yum! What a nifty way to get veggies into my kids! Just tweaked it a niggling to try & make it a fleck more healthy: 1-one/2c. whole wheat flour, 1-1/2 c. white, applesauce instead of oil. Likewise 1c. white, 1 c. brown sugar, i/2 c. cocoa pulverization, & doubled the spices. Delish! Thank yous!
08/15/2010
Splendid recipe! I substituted one-half the oil with absurdity and added a fiddling extra zucchini. Did one/iv loving cup cocoa powder and 6 ounces of semi-sugariness chocolate chips. No cloves or cardamon, but did added a piffling actress cinnamon. Sprinkled a mixture of oats, brownish sugar and butter on meridian. I had to bake them for 25 minutes and go out them in the pan for another xxx minutes only they turned out perfect!
08/08/2010
"Deadly" was what my family said about these. I cut the sugar to 1 1/2 cups, I used half white and one-half whole wheat flour, and I added chopped walnuts and a couple of handfuls of chocolate chips. I'll make these again for sure!
05/29/2009
Skillful. I did experience that these were a bit overspiced, however. I expected the spices to compliment the chocolate season, but instead they overwhelmed it. I'd make these again, but cut down a bit on the nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom. Thanks :)
06/26/2011
The only changes I made to the recipe were to add together only one cup of sugar, 1/two cup of cocoa, and I probably added effectually 3 cups of zucchini. Either my zucchini'southward were dry or I should of used less flour, merely the dough was extremely tricky to mix. I was mixing it by mitt, so I would imagine that I wouldn't take that problem if I had a good kitchen assist mixer (which I don't). I added a bit of milk to the batter to properly mix information technology. Once the dough became exposed to heat, the batter melted perfectly and the muffins turned out moist and delicious. The cease product was great, information technology's just the dough was a lilliputian tricky.
eleven/03/2010
These muffins are delicious and an excellent care for in the school lunchbox. I like the fact they have a vegetable in them. I take made some modifications to the recipe. Instead of all the different spices, I just use All Spice and Mixed Spice...to total the same quantity as the iv individual spices listed. Additionally I add Saltanas or Raisins. This recipe works really well and if baking in Mini Muffin Tins only bake for nigh 10-12 Minutes. If blistering in regular muffin tins, I find twenty minutes is enough. Poke with a skewer and if it comes out clean, they are done. Definately a highly recommended recipe.
07/09/2012
Absolutely succulent!! Fabricated a one-half batch as I wasn't sure how my veggie averse son would accept to them.....had no clue in that location was fifty-fifty zucchini in them!! Mine turned out pretty dumbo, and I substituted 1 cup of applesauce for the oil. Used ii eggs and added Choco chips to the mix. Used cinnamon equally the but spice as I just didn't take the others. And I didn't measure out it, just dumped some in. Will definitely brand once more, cheers!!!
07/30/2011
We made these final nighttime with our Zucchini from our garden and they were yummy. We did a double batch and used wheat flour for 1/3 of the flour. Double batch made 24 muffins and two loaves. We are taking the muffins to an event tonight and then we sprinkled some chocolate chips on the acme of the muffins and they came out really cute. And I didn't have basis cloves or cardamon on hand, but I had pumpkin spice which had those in it plus nutmeg and it was practiced.
07/24/2011
I didn't tell my children there was zucchini in them. After having a muffin they told me that information technology was "The Best" muffin I had ever fabricated for them. And "when was I making them again?" Information technology is now in my rotation. I did reduce the sugar and oil by half and added a cup of regular applesauce (sweetened) and ane/4 cup of chocolate chips. May try to add a banana side by side time just to play with dissimilar flavors.
03/nineteen/2011
SENSATIONAL--and non all that high in fatty/calories compared to other chocolate goodies...my kids ate them upward in less than a day!
02/xx/2012
Chocolate Zucchini Muffin Haiku: "Oh and then tasty skilful! I took submitter's ideas, and changed a few things." I didn't feel guilty about altering/adding, as the submitter of the recipe gave some nice suggestions in his description, so I ended upwards doing half brown/half white saccharide, added chocolate chips on top, as well as halving the oil and including apple sauce. These were incredibly moist and wonderful right from the oven, and simply as dandy the next twenty-four hour period lightly-toasted west/ butter. My daughter, a rabid despiser of zucchini, devoured these enthusiastically.
08/12/2010
Awesome muffins - moist and very yummy -- I halved the sugar and added some chocolate chips. also replaced i/2 of the oil with applesauce.
07/29/2012
My family loves these! I do 1 of the cups of flour every bit wheat & the oil is melted coconut oil since we don't employ vegetable. So good! I bake 1 tray of 12 muffins & freeze the other tray of 12 (unbaked). Whenever we desire muffins, we just put them in the oven nevertheless frozen- takes nearly the same amount of time to bake :)
03/twenty/2000
These were really great! Very moist!!! I used a Texas muffin pan, then I got vii really huge muffins.
08/10/2009
These are very good! I made them exactly as the recipe says except I added a small amount of semi sugariness chocolate chips for the kids.. They were a large hit!
06/26/2011
Oh my goodness....... These are awesome!
10/22/2011
Overnice zucchini muffins. I cut the recipe in half to yield 12 muffins, and then used 1/ii oil and 1/2 applesauce to reduce the fat. Adjacent time, I would keep the cocoa powder in the original amount every bit these weren't as chocolatey as we were hoping for. I also omitted the cardamom, every bit I don't have that spice. This is a great way to use upward zucchini and "hide" information technology from your kids.
08/03/2011
Very good! I followed the recipe exactly. The muffins were moist and tasty. I could not really taste the spices... would not have known spices were in information technology, if I were not the one who fabricated them. Also didn't actually taste the zucchini. I might endeavor doubling the spices next time and peradventure using walnut oil for the oil. Another tasty addition might exist a fiddling dry instant expresso/ coffee.
03/11/2008
Thought they tasted nifty. I broiled mine in a mini muffin pan and they turned out a little dry and flat-topped, probably cooked them a little besides long. Will effort again and hope for better results.
04/16/2011
I literally JUST pulled these out of the oven. I bought some Muffin Summit liners today and made about 30. I did swap out one/2 the oil with 2 mashed bananas. reduced the saccharide by i/2 cup and added a chip more than of the spices. So And then yummy.
07/11/2012
Great muffins...very moist. I did not add the cloves or cardamom every bit I did not have any. The only affair I would change next time is to add a flake more cinnamon and nutmeg. Thank you for the recipe!
12/ten/2006
Moist, surprising season. I made them in the shape of christmas trees and sprinkled them with powdered sugar. My guests loved them as well as my boys!
10/24/2000
Not a large hit w/ my family, but I liked them!
09/thirteen/2011
I sub. two bananas for 1/2 the oil and doubled the spices. added mini choc. chips in batter and sprinkled some on top before baking. don't skimp on sugar. used 1/two brown and white, but non full 2 cups
05/12/2012
Pretty good, but needs a topping or frosting. I added extra cocoa and used applesauce with the oil. I besides decided to throw in a bundle of breakfast nutrition milkshake mix (ane servings worth). Don't know if that makes for actress nutrition or what.
08/16/2009
Great recipe~would be even better with chocolate chips added to the mix.
07/28/2009
Great!!! I followed the recipe as written. I have a larger muffin pan and ended up with 8 large yummy muffins! Definitely a bully way to use some of my bumper crop of zucchini!
x/29/2003
These were great. I doubled the cinnamon as well, and they were fabulous and a large hit at my husband's work! Thanks for the great recipe. I'm making my 2d batch today.
05/11/2013
I forgot to say that I just baked them for 15 min. and they were perfect.
09/28/2010
These were okay for me, merely hubs refused to take more than 1 bite. I chose this recipe thinking it was a good fashion to hide veggies from the hubs. Trust me, this recipe hides zilch. Y'all tin see the zucchini, and olfactory property the zucchini. It didn't fool anyone (you should have seen the "wait" I got) even later trying to cover the evidence with chocolate frosting. Now if y'all're a zucchini muffin/chocolate lover, this is your recipe to try.
ten/17/2010
Great muffin. Dumbo, chewy texture. Not dry out whatsoever. I didn't have the cardamom or cloves, but that would have made them fifty-fifty meliorate. The cinnamon with the chocolate is incredibly good. I subbed kokosnoot oil and butter for the veggie oil and they turned out astonishing. I'll make these over again for certain.
06/30/2010
We enjoyed them! I used whole wheat flour instead and had a peachy outcome.
08/08/2010
These muffins were pretty adept. The whole family enjoyed them. I merely gave it iv stars because they were a footling on the bland side, - kind of like cake without the icing.
09/04/2013
We love these muffins and have shared this recipe with many people! I didn't take cardamon and so I added allspice instead and increased the cinnamon to a full teaspoon. I besides added one x-12 oz. bag of vanilla chips and 1 cup of semisweet chocolate fries. This recipe makes a big batch and our friends, neighbors and relatives all dearest information technology when we make and share. This recipe works equally too with 2 cups of pumpkin or 2-iii ripe bananas.
07/17/2011
Very tasty! I did non have cardamom then simply left that out. I had closer to three cups of zucchini then I added an extra cup of flour but left everything else the same. I'll exist making these once again!
10/03/2010
I added chocolate chips, otherwise I followed rec. I chosen them hockey pucks because they didn't rise at all and seemed a lilliputian dense, only wow they were peachy.
08/13/2009
I never rate recipes but had to on this one because it is and so boring. I have eaten and beloved choc/zucchini blistering all of my life and this is a waste of ingredients. I fabricated them to share at my son's soccer army camp tomorrow. Keep looking!!
08/03/2011
These are very tasty. I used one-half the carbohydrate and added some ground flax seed and a little almond repast to make up some of the departure in solid ingredients. I as well used a melted stick of 50/50 butter/ canola oil in place of the oil to reduce calories. I used whole wheat pastry flour for added fiber. And finally, I doubled the spices, and information technology could have used even more!
10/01/2011
These are great. Moist and full of season. Made with my 3 yr old grandson. Will brand again.
10/12/2010
Crawly awesome awesome!
08/19/2011
Made but a few minor changes - I cutting the oil to 3/4 cup and doubled the cinnamon because I didn't have cardamom. Very good. This is the 2d time I've fabricated these and I accept a asking for more. Tasty way to use up some of that zucchini.
08/12/2010
Yummy - satisfied my chocolate craving and used upward some zucchini! Yea!
07/30/2009
When asked how many starts should nosotros rate this recipe, my daughter replied "Lots!" I concur. Nosotros added the chocolate chips suggested, besides as one-half oil - one-half applesauce, and used pumpkin pie spice for the various individual spices listed. Added a chip more flour because it looked too thin. Only trouble is that it's going to be a few more days until the side by side batch of zucchini ripen in the garden to make more muffins. )-:
04/26/2009
I substituted applesauce for the oil and Splenda for half the sugar.
07/31/2009
I thought this recipe was fabulous. I fabricated with Blistering Splenda and used half of the oil and half applesauce. I besides cutting the recipe in one-half to brand 12 prissy, plump muffins. I think I may effort adding choc. fries side by side time, merely they were peachy...Kudo'south to Larry.
07/24/2011
I loved these! I made them today. I used organic coconut oil instead of vegetable oil to make them a trivial more healthier. I likewise did not have cardamom and did like someone else did, and doubled up on the cinnamon. I also doubled upwards on the other spices - sort of past blow! They were delicious. I will make these over and over!
12/03/2011
Wow! Insanely delicious!
01/14/2012
These muffins are really outstanding. They are very chocolatey and the zucchini is delicious. A keeper!
09/30/2010
These were wonderful. I made one-half a batch, used 1/ii c sugar and ii c grated squash. I had to add a little milk because the batter was thick. I also added 1 cup chocolate chips. Wow. They tasted almost similar block they were then light and fluffy. I would recommend this recipe.
ten/22/2013
This recipe was pretty good. But I felt in that location was something missing. So, after blistering my beginning set of mini muffins I decided to double the cocoa and add together half a cup of sour cream. They were much better this manner.
xi/16/2010
Really good! I changed it upwards a bit, based on the ingredients I had on paw. Used shredded carrot instead of Zuch, and more than doubled the cocoa. I think if you don't, the muffins actually wouldn't accept whatever chocolate sense of taste. Left the remainder of the recipe the same, didn't add any extra liquid, found it only thick enough. Might endeavor it without the spices next time, only really good with also! A keeper for my recipe box-thanks!
07/23/2010
Yum! These were all gone by the morning after I fabricated them. I didn't change anything nearly the recipe, information technology was great. I think I volition attempt adding chocolate chips next time though, nosotros love chocolate.
07/27/2012
Wow! Astonishing! I substituted cinnamon and love for cloves and cardamam...It was so delicious!
07/20/2010
My kids loved these muffins! I added chocolate fries, peanut butter chips, and a streussel topping and they were great. Squeamish and moist. Fifty-fifty my husband liked them and he won't swallow any other zucchini bread.
08/18/2009
Fantastic! I added some chocolate fries and my kids couldn't get enough of them. I have two picky eaters when information technology comes to breakfast and I didn't mention the zucchini part - they never knew the difference and they asked for more.
08/07/2014
This turned out great! Super moist and tasty! I melted Scharffenberger semi-sweetness chocolate (4 oz), and subbed 1/8 cup of stevia for sugar, i loving cup applesauce for oil, and about ii.5 cups equal parts white rice flour and spelt flour. I left out the cardamom. I baked it as a loaf for twoscore mins instead of muffins. Next fourth dimension, I will double the grated zucchini. My pickiest eater loved information technology! Really delicious!
09/12/2011
Proficient moist muffin. Not very chocolatey. I would probably add another tblspn of cocoa. Used 3x baking powder equally we had no baking soda. Turned out fine.
08/29/2009
these were amazing. i made a couple of changed though. i added one cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of mashed bananas instead of the oil. ended up with 11 huge muffins. by the time my roommates were done with them, i had merely gotten 2! will definitely be making this over again.
07/09/2012
Since there are just 2 of us, I cut the recipe in half but pretty much followed it and made zucchini bread instead of muffins so I had to adjust the cooking time. It turned out moist and succulent. The only matter I would modify is to add some pecans side by side time.
07/30/2012
Love this recipe!!!
04/30/2010
I left out the spices here. put choc fries on top. Delish, I only wish they were darker so my kids wouldn't run across the zucchini. Very moist and yummy.
06/30/2012
This is a wonderful treat. My hubby loves chocolate and is very picky about information technology. He ate 3 muffins immediatly afterward they came out of the oven. I added 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the muffin instead of on top.
08/17/2009
Corking recipe. I did not have the nutmeg, cloves or cardamom but they were still great! Every bit a thing of fact, I took these camping ground and the muffins that were left from the day before were stolen overnight (by animal or by some other camper I do not know)!!!
08/28/2010
This is a great base recipe - piece of cake to play around with. Like a lot of other reviewers, I used 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/two regular flour. I cut the saccharide by ane/4 loving cup and substituted 1/2 of the oil with applesauce. I also added milk chocolate chips. These are yummy, and the firm smells wonderful while they are blistering.
08/05/2008
I loved these, didn't change a thing and they came out perfect! Only ane person didn't intendance for them, but she does not like Cardamom nor Cinnamon so her loss! What a great way to help utilise all of that zucchini out in the garden!
10/16/2009
Proficient, but dense. I prefer a lighter muffin, but the kids and husband didn't heed them at all.
08/06/2012
This was a very good muffin that I made gluten complimentary. I added ane 1/4 tsp xanthan gum and substituted absurdity for the oil. I also used the sugar/stevia blistering blend (1 loving cup) and added near i/3 c flaxseed (ground) to make it more nutritious. I baked in silicone muffin cups since these work better for GF flours, and they turned out yummy and beautiful! I gave 4 stars simply considering this recipe can be made a lot healthier with these simple substitutions. Perfect chocolate corporeality.
10/23/2009
Substantial muffin is filling every bit breakfast or equally a snack. I left out the nutmeg and added virtually a one/3 cup mini chocolate chips. Later on filling the muffin tins, I sprinkled boosted chocolate chips on pinnacle earlier baking. Muffins were just a bit dry, but even so quite tasty. At first, the kids were put off knowing they had zucchini but in one case tasted, enjoyed them entirely. I will make these again.
08/18/2012
Delicious muffins! I substituted one/2 oil for applesauce. I put in i/2 white flour and i/2 whole wheat flour plus 2Tbsp. Omega Hearts(hulled hemp seeds). I just used cinnamon but put in one tsp. as well I substituted almond flavoring for vanilla. Be sure and effort almond flavoring former equally it is a lovely combination with chocolate.
07/28/2005
Very practiced. Gave some to my co-workers and they all liked the muffins.
02/22/2014
I would add together chocolate chips and walnuts and cut the sugar in one-half next time. My kids loved it however. But a lilliputian too sweet and not chocolate plenty for me. I will attempt again with these changes.
08/22/2010
I have made these twice exactly but cut the sugar to one 1/ii (thought it may be also much) and they are not bad! Kid canonical and used upwards some zucchini!
07/18/2012
Trying to use upwards the compensation of zucchini and this 1 is a winner. I didn't have all the spices, and then I increased the cinnamon and added a handful of cerise tomatoes with the eggs and oil and cut out near 1/4 cup of oil...shhhhh, don't tell! Hubby thinks they are super yummy!!!
09/15/2013
The spices with the zucchini and chocolate merely didn't work well together. Maybe likewise many contrasting tastes going on? I would get out out the spices if I was to make information technology once again.
